Payments
– You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for that Service. We reserve the right to modify our fees and charges at any time, and we will provide notice of any such changes by posting the new fees on the Site or through email notification.

– The Site and Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Quality Couriers, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms and your use of the Site and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of “CT” without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Greenwich, CT
